What is STOWW?

Small Tribes of Western Washington Emergency Food Voucher Program (STOWW) is intended to give qualifying households extra assistance with basic food and nonfood items. This voucher is mailed out once a month and can be used only at approved stores.

How do I benefit?

Eligibility

To receive benefits, your household income must be at or below 150% the federal poverty level and you must live in our ten county service area: Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, Snohomish, KIng, Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson or Pierce.
