The Parade
  • The parade begins at 11am.

  • Samish's Early Head Start and Social Services staff will have booths in the celebration, directly behind the park amphitheater.
Guidelines from Anacortes Pride

Parade Participants are asked to decorate and dress in the spirit of the Anacortes Pride mission: to celebrate and bring together the LGBTQIA+ community in Anacortes, bringing awareness to the need for diversity and inclusion in all forms, in support of liberation for all.

Participants may hand items to the crowd, but may not throw or toss items due to city restrictions.

Lewd, profane, indecent, or otherwise unacceptable expressions of speech will not be permitted in the parade. Additionally, Anacortes Pride reserves the right to remove content that goes against our mission and values. Violators of this requirement will be directed to remove the offending material from the parade; refusal to do so will result in removal of the participants from the parade.
