Samish Elders are invited to our virtual or in-person Chat & Learn - Caring for Yourself When You Have Arthritis on Thursday, November 14th, at 12:30 pm. 

There is currently no cure for arthritis, but there are many things you can do to manage arthritis symptoms through self-care. We will talk about the practical ways to control arthritis pain and symptoms.
