Coat Drive: Attendees are invited to donate new or used coats, which will be distributed to the Native homeless demographic in the 10 counties served by Samish Outreach Services (SOS), the newest department of Samish Housing. SOS does street and encampment outreach, offers mental health and SUD treatment referrals, and says housing is a right.
